KARACHI: Two missing girls from Korangi, Karachi, were found in Lahore on Monday. Both girls were assumed to have been abducted; however, police refused the statement. According to the police, Kinza, 13, and Naila, 14, were two friends who adored BTS, a South Korean boy, and wished to visit them.
According to the police, the girls left their homes covertly to reach Lahore, Islamabad, and then South Korea. Both the girls were inspired by the musical band, had learned to take the relevant train, and were aware of the journey.
The two missing girls have been found, according to Korangi SSP Sajid Sadozai, and are now in the police’s custody at the Lahore railway station. After their statements are recorded, he claimed, it will be possible to determine the girls’ true motivations for leaving their family. Additionally, a police squad is leaving to transport the girls from Lahore to Karachi.
Sajid Sadozai and SSP Korangi informed us that the missing girls were found in Lahore and are under police protection. The girls were taken into protective custody from Lahore airport, according to the SSP.
The authorities claimed that both youngsters had created Google IDs before departing. According to the authorities, the girls were in contact with a third girl while using their parents’ WhatsApp numbers, and efforts were being made to recover the data. They added that Kinza had prepared a letter detailing the intended escape of her cousin Naufal and her companion Naila, although Kinza’s cousin did not accompany the girls.
