KARACHI: Haleem Adil Sheikh, of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), said, PPP and MQM have started to create “dramas” to bring their mayor on Wednesday. Sheikh said, PPP does not get votes from Karachi, similarly like MQM does not get votes without ballot rigging.
“City and nation sellers will not get vote this time”, says the PTI leader. Moreover, he added, both political parties will rig the elections. But this time the Mayor of Karachi, Hyderabad will be from PTI only, says Shaikh. As the vote is for Imran Khan, he added.
MQM to stage protest
Muttahida Qaumi Movement – Pakistan (MQM) to protest outside the office of the Election Commission of Pakistan on Wednesday. The protest will be a stage against the unfair constituencies, said an MQM spokesperson. The demonstration will led by Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and other coordination committee members. Moreover, leaders and workers of the party are also expected to join the protest.
Mustafa Kamal and Anis Qaimkhani from Pak Sarzameen Party have joined the demonstration along with Farooq Sattar.
