Winter Spells Hit Karachiites, Temperature Expected To Drop by 7 Degrees

KARACHI: Karachi to witness the cold chills of winter till 17th January as the temperature had decreased from 5 to 7 degrees. The weather is expected to be clear or dry with light clouds and chills at night.

However, the weather will remain pleasant during the day. The minimum temperature recorded in the city is 11 degrees Celsius, Meteorological Department stated.

According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the temperature will rise by 8 in the evening in the city. The winds in the city of lights are blowing from North to East at a speed of 10 km per hour. The maximum expected temperature rise can be from 20 to 22 degrees Celsius. The weather remains foggy in the plains of Sindh. However, there is often fog in the morning.
