Bad New news for movie lovers Netflix will reportedly no longer allow users to share passwords for free.

According to the reports, Netflix will start this crackdown on sharing passwords in the month of March a shareholder confirmed the news.

Netflix stated, “While our terms of use limit the use of Netflix to a household, we recognize this is a change for members who share their account more broadly.”

“So, we’ve worked hard to build additional new features that improve the Netflix experience, including the ability for members to review which devices are using their account and to transfer a profile to a new account.”

Netflix announced its crackdown plan to share accounts last year in October; however, the company launched its low-priced plan in November. The company also stated that the previous year, 2022, was the most difficult because Netflix lost subscribers for the first time in over a decade.
