The movie, “What’s Love Got to Do with It?”, is set to be released in Australia on January 26th and in UK theaters on January 27th. The romantic comedy, which has a cross-cultural theme, was first shown at the Toronto Film Festival in September and later at the Rome Film Festival in October, where it won the award for Best Comedy. The film, which is described as a “love letter” to Pakistan, was directed by Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and written and co-produced by Pakistani actor, Sajal Aly. The movie stars actors Sajal Aly, Lily James, and Shahzad Latif.
